How can I recover my Apple ID?

My phone was stolen (iPhone 14 pro), they hacked my phone and changed my Apple ID password and phone number associated with my account, they changed my gmail passwords and phone number, stole over 100k, wiped my laptop and Apple products remotely. How can I recover my Apple ID?
