Kindle app IPhone

My kindle app keeps freezing. I even reinstalled it 2x, did the iOS 17 update and rebooted my iPhone and it still didn’t fix the app.

It's not an Apple product, so best contact Kindle support and forums run by its maker.

Kindle for iPad repeatedly freezes. The Kindle for iPad app has repeatedly frozen leaving the screen unresponsive to anything I do. The only way I can fix it is to delete the Kindle app and redownload it from the Apple Store. Then I have to sign in again. Is there a permanent fix for this that’s easier than redownloading? I have plenty of memory so that’s not the problem.

Kindle app on iPad keeps freezing When I open app, I cannot do a thing: access library, access a suggested book, anything. I’m using latest Kindle for iPad version (6.82.0.100) on constantly (almost daily!) updating iPad iOS 16.6. I am having no problems at all on iPhone Kindle app. I have hard-started, removed-and-replaced app: same result. As soon as Kindle app opens, frozen> I touch every little icon, get zero response. I’m reading 2022 discussions that indicate that this is a Kindle/Amazon slow-maybe-never resolve issue a/o an Apple slow-maybe-never resolve issue: discussion ends with no solution, resolution. Is the situation that dire?
