iPadOS 17 health app not updating

yesterday I upgraded to iPadOS 17. The new health app is not updating from my phone or watch. The a

health app on the iPad says my watch is not paired with it. The watch is paired with my phone.

health app does not sync with zepp life on ipad Good afternoon! after updating my ipad i got the health app and i would love to use it. but i don't have an apple watch. instead i have mi band 6. i tried to sync zepp life with the health app but it doesn't work. it just doesn't show up. Can you tell me if this feature is only available on iPhones? Or is the problem just with the iPad app?
