With the exception of the virtual card numbers associated with the Apple Card credit card, the full card numbers associated with any payment cards entered into Apple Wallet app are not exposed; just the last four digits. Once payment card numbers have been entered and verified within Wallet app, the full numbers are not visible. You’ll need to go back to the original payment cards for that data

Accepting an Apple Card gets you a credit card that works with electronic payments using Apple Pay via Watch or iPhone, and online payments from various other Apple devices.

If you also want a physical titanium card (and that with its own virtual card number), request one.

Apple uses virtual card numbers, which means those numbers can be changed if (when?) issues or fraud arises.
