Uninstalled application still shows up as an audio output source

A while back, I installed a program called Background Music which was used to be able to manually change the volume of each audio source from individual applications. However, I didn't use it, so uninstalled.

Months later, I still have the "Background Music" output source in my audio manager (see below). How would I go about removing it from this list?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Look in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL folder and see if there's something resembling the audio device you want to remove.
