Using an iPhone 14 Pro, updated from latest iOS 16 version to iOS 17. Using all MS Exchange accounts and all alert sounds for all accounts no longer work. Reset all notifications including individual account notification customizations and troubleshooted steps with Apple support. All sound alerts for mail still not working. Badges all show. Any suggestions?

It looks like this is a bug that was carried over from a previous iOS 17 release and this is the only fix to bring back sound notification alerts not only in Mail, but possibly other apps as well. I confirmed the fix works but unfortunately you have mail or messages appearing in the Notification Center.

Same. I've also lost all haptic and audio alerts for iMessage while badges show.

The iOS 17.1 update has fully resolved this issue.
