Widgets keep appearing after deleting them, when I turn iPad back on

The widgets continuously reappear after I delete them, every time I turn my iPad back on. Someone else posted what they were told to do and I tried that, but the stupid widgets STILL came back when I turned my iPad back on. Plus, it won’t let me reset the display on the bottom, of what I want on the bottom

When i restart my iPad, Widgets are added Whenever my iPad restarts there are four widgets that show up without me putting them there. Its very annoying because it moves all my apps down two rows and it messes up my organization. I delete them but they show up again when the iPad restarts. I even deleted any widgets that were in the widgetsmith app but they still show up. This may fix itself if I add a widget to my iPad myself but I don’t want nor need widgets.

ANNOYING WIDGETS AND STACKS The Widgets and Stacks reappear EVERY TIME I reboot my iPad. (Yes, the iOS is up to date.) I delete them and rearrange my iPad icons how I like them. But then the next time I reboot, or even just turn off the iPad and turn back on the next day, the annoying Widgets and Stacks are back, having messed up everything again. I then have to delete Widgets and Stacks and rearrange all icons again. How do I keep Widgets and Stacks from reappearing on my iPad EVERY TIME I turn it off and back on? I do not want them on my iPad!

Hi Cathy ,

I'm not sure what you have already tried but this is how I remove widgets :

How to remove widgets :

Touch and hold the widget that you want to remove.
Tap Remove Widget.
Tap Remove again to confirm.
