Nope. But thanks anyway. Did some digging and found out it’s voice control icon.
Toggle off voice control in setting

Turn your accessibility off.
Drag down the top screen from the top of the phone (to the screen where your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is located).. it should be the bottom right icon.
Why when I get done doing voice texting or memoing and then I turn off the controls and it’s still recording after I do that and it seems to have started right after the last update
