My Apple TV is about 8 yrs old. I recently and successfully change my Apple ID on all devices and everything is OK there but not my Apple TV which even after reset will not access my icloud saying the iCloud is not set up for this account on this device…
I have tried everything advised NOW I need some decent help not the usual platitudes
There is no solution to this problem. Just talked to Apple Support today and Apple knows of the problem but it can only possibly be fixed with a software update. Because of the age of the device, no software updates are given. So they were not able to give me a solution,
