Is the Temp Storage option a full back (like when you back up to the computer) or is it partial back up (like when you back up to iCloud)? If you are transferring data to a new phone, wouldn't you want it to be a full back up?
Two different Apple reps didn't seem to know the difference between iCloud+ backups and the full back ups to a computer and how the Temp Storage option for transferring data to a new phone worked.
