How do remove China from my Wallet and add UK

I have an iPhone 12 mini and want to add a travel card into my Wallet App. The App is pre-set to China, HK, Japan and USA. I am unable to add UK to that list

Thank you for your reply. I live in UK and already have a debt card registered in the Wallet App but am unable to add any UK travel card as the only countries available to me are China, HK, Japan and USA.

Apple Wallet App:

To use Apple Pay, it's important to note that the ability to add a Debit/Credit Card to Apple Pay is dependent on the country associated with your Apple ID. For instance, if you reside in a country like India where this feature is not supported, you won't be able to add your cards to Apple Wallet. --> Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
