I can't cancel a subscription from an app and I'm being charged for another month

I can't cancel my subscription to better me app they are trying to charge me for another month subscription and when I try to open the app to cancel it from there it shows me an ad, I can't open the setting or the app

Notes:

• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

• If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.

• Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you intentionally cancel them.

I have an app on iPhone 14 that I removed from my phone at least a year ago. I just discovered that it is still charging me monthly even though i canceled it.

It’s not in settings under subscriptions or anywhere else but if I search it pops up. There is no way to cancel it and the report problem Apple site is useless. I think they withhold information about situations like this to milk people for money.

Hoe can I get this thing off my phone please and also get a refund from Apple for all the money they’ve stolen from me with this scam??
