Apple order with Barclays finance error

Tried to order iPhone 15 Pro via Barclays Finance. First try, error with payment. Second try, error with payment.

Next thing I know, 2 Barclays Finance agreements come through saying im accepted.

Unbelievable, neither confirmed orders, now worried I have two finance agreements for phones that were ordered with error on payments! HELP!!!! Apple specialists are ridiculous. Their customer service doesn't seem to want to help!
