Hi I need a refund on the 7.99 that was taken out of my card

I was downloading the app and it asked for a payment of method and I put my card but the app wasn’t charging anything

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
