how to know if Apple magsafe wallet supports Find My? I just got an original authentic apple magsafe wallet as a gift, the colour is umber. I understand Apple has two versions of the magsafe wallet - the new version supports Find My, the old version doesnt. Without opening the box, is there any way to tell from the packaging if the wallet supports "Find my?".

I can't find my magsafe wallet in "find my" to disconnect it from my applie id I removed the wallet from my "find my" before selling it but buyer says it still says "not my wallet". I don't see it listed in my devices. Am I missing something? Thank you!

"Find my" not working with FineWoven MagSafe wallet on Iphone 13 I have a Iphone 13, iOS 17.0.2. installed. Recently purchased a new FineWoven MagSafe wallet with, according the Apple website, the "Find My" function integrated. However, when placing it the telephone does not show it in the "Find My" section, and the "+" button is not available to add it manually. I had an earlier purchase that showed me when placing it "Not your card holder" as such it was already connected to another AppleID, so I returned it to the Seller, now with the latest it didn't show it, so it is new. When placing it for the first time it showed in the display the card holder, but thereafter it stopped, when placing it now it does show me the picture anymore. Is there any solution to solve this?

Well, since it's brand new call Apple Support. As you should know no one here is an Apple employee and Apple Support does not monitor these forums. We're only fellow users here.
