iphone calendar not syncing with Outlook on PC

I am having the same problem. There are no errors during iTunes sync, but when I compare details in Outlook on Windows 10 PC with my iphone SE (1st gen), the details are not the same (i.e. the changes are not syncing) even though iTunes does not give any errors.

I believe it stopped syncing my changes a few months ago and I didn't notice. It used to work great.

I do not want to move my data to the cloud.
