Dell bluetooth mouse not connecting I have used my dell bluetooth mouse for weeks no issue but now when I had to reconnect it to my macbook air it will see it on the bluetooth and allow me to click connect but then the loading wheel just continues non stop and it won't connect/work.. any ideas? I have tried to connect via the Bluetooth Preferences window, it’s listing the Dell Mouse and Keyboard, while clicking the “connect” button beside the device listed, no further action takes out. I have restarted the Macbook as well. The same Dell is working smoothly with my windows PC

Cannot access mouse settings or connect mouse Bluetooth mouse detected but cannot be connected. When trying to open Mouse settings I'm getting "You can’t open the “Mouse” settings pane because it is not available to you at this time" [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Serial Number]

If the mouse is connected to bluetooth, but still not working, I'd think the mouse is defective.

Being the mouse is a Dell product, and not an Apple product, I suggest you contact Dell tech support. Dell is actually pretty good in my experience.
