Mac Studio M1 MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 not detecting USB-C monitor AGAIN!

I have two Benq monitors of different models. One connected via USB-C and one via HDMI.

After updating to MacOS Ventura 13.5.2, Mac Studio stopped working via USB-C monitor AGAIN!!!!!!!!! This always happens with major MacOS updates!

Clarification: Mac is able to detect the monitor via USB-C. The monitor is shown in Display Setting BUT no image is pushed to the monitor via USB-C!!!

Monitor: BenQ SW270C

Connection: USB-C detected but monitor is not receiving graphics; HDMI detected and working.

Tried:

Restart PRAM

System Setting, Display resolution reset, Detect monitor.

Called Mac Support. Gave the usual "oh I am sorry to hear that but there is nothing I can do to directly solve your issue...".

Safe Mode: Not tried as it does not work with Logitech bluetooth keyboard! And I will so disappointed to pull out my vintage Mac USB keyboard only to find that it is a waste of time because someone in Apple forgets to resolve a long-standing bug with USB-C monitors!

Anyone facing the same issue, do chip in. Anyone with a work-around solution, please share here.
