How do I get rid of resizing arrow from the bottom right hand corner of my screen?

I now have , on the bottom right hand corner of my iPad Pro screen, an arrow that will resize the screen. How do I get rid of it?

You have Stage Manager enabled. To return to iPadOS full/split screen and slide-over windows, simply disable Stage Manager:

Settings > Home Screen & Multitasking > Stage Manager > Use Stage Manager on iPad - set to OFF
