How to factory reset my phone from itunes on chrome computer

I need to perform a factory rest on my phone because it was not properly reset when it was issued to me. I have a chrome computer and have downloaded Itunes, and have my phone connected to the computer, but i'm struggling to find where i can rest my phone

You don’t. A Chromebook or chrome-computer is not actually a computer, it’s a glorified web browser.

You need a Windows 10 or 11 PC or a Mac.
