Retrieving permanently deleted notes from my iphone

I went to click on my notes, notes from my appleID and all of them by 9 are gone. I had around 50. I am not sure how they got deleted, but they are not in my recently deleted folder. How can I retrieve them?

deleted notes I deleted my notes from iCloud to manage iCloud storage and I didn’t save them in any of my devices , so is there is any way to get them back?
