iTunes purchase

I recently purchased an album, and it did not download onto my iTunes. I went into my account and looked and hidden purchases to re-download it, because I’ve done that before. However, it did not show up there. But in my purchase history, it shows that I paid for the album. How do I get it?

Jhojsh,

Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that was used for the purchase, and carefully follow the steps in here: Redownload music - Apple Support


If something doesn't work about that, contact Apple Support.
