Apple ID is inactive how can I do this

I can't able to sign in to my Macbook that Mac has been other Apple ID but showing is Apple ID is not active pls how can I able to remove old ID my Mac thx u

Apple ID is not active I try to login into my iCloud account on my MacBook but it says that the Apple ID is not active. Now I can not update my mac or do anything. could you please help me with that.
