When I connect the camera to the computer trough a usb cable, the videos lack of color settings, that I initially set on the Sony. So the video are transferred but with different colors

We do not know which MacOS version is installed on the Mac.
Wondering if the videos were imported into the Photos app on Mac ...

whether you may have used the "Image Capture" app to transfer the videos to your Mac.

You may want to experiment with the method you did not use, to see if the videos transfer with the color as set.
