You can not return replacement airpods after you find the ones that you lost. It does not matter if you have not opened the replacements. In my case, I haven’t even received the airpod replacement. my roommate came across them and returned them to me so I no longer needed the replacement. Horrible support service.

Same here. Customer support explained a process issue in that a repair cannot be returned on the system, but from a consumer law perspective, I do not see why I cannot return these purchased items.
I purchased 2 new AirPods. I should be allowed to return within 14 days.
I do not believe I was informed these items cannot be returned at point of purchase.

Many ordering and delivery systems today are optimized to get purchasers their product FAST.
This often makes “turning off” an in-process order difficult, if not impossible.
Did you purchase them from Apple?
As you’ve not yet received the replacement, you’re certainly within the 14-day “Return Window.”

they claim that it doesn’t fall under that 14 day return policy. And yes, through the actual support app.
