Bluetooth setting grayed out

Hello, i can't turn on or off my bluetooth, pls help. Currently on macOS Ventura, however, it's been like this even before I updated my mac to ventura. I thought updating it would solve the problem, however it still cannot be turned on or off. Pls help thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

Hi,

Try to delete /Library/Preferences/com.apple.bluetooth.plist, then reboot could solve your issue.
