colour and contrast too strong
I just upgraded my macBook Pro M1 to Ventura, and my colours are too vibrant/garish and with far too much contrast. I'm using the colour LCD profile atm

Did you compare it it the default profile...(?)
Change your Mac display's color profile
Check and repair color profiles in ColorSync Utility on Mac - Apple Support
Use True Tone on your MacBook Pro - Apple Support
