Safari scrolls to the top when I go back a page

Safari always returns to the top of the page when I go back on the Google search. I noticed that this always happens especially with the Google search engine. This phenomenon did not occur when I used another search engine in the list of engines in <settings, safari, search engine>. Even when using the Google Chrome app, on one occasion this phenomenon even occurred. So I suspect that the problem comes more from Google than Safari? I have been an iPhone user for a long time and this problem appeared to me since iOS 15. Should this problem be fixed with iOS 17?

Hi Simon ,

If I were you , I would ask this question in the Google community forum . Do you have a Google account ? Or a device with Google Chrome operating system ? You may need one to ask a question , though you can use the search box and view the results .

That's all I've got , good luck . 🍀
