Why is the medication app absent from my Apple watch

for some reason, I never had the medication app on my Apple Watch 7.

Any idea?

If it is available in Health in your iphone then unpair the Watch and set up again as new, ie without restoring the backup

If it is not in iphone health app then it may not be licensed for your region

What iOS and watchOS versions do you have? You need iOS 16 and watchOS 9.
