Please help

Went to change something’s on Safari just simply things just got this iPhone 14 plus and went to Safari and seen advanced and than seen experimental features , so my ? Is why is it there than cause I didn’t do it or even know how it got there

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Feature > [Scroll Down to the Bottom] > Reset All to Defaults.
