Unable to swipe up to unlock iPhone X

I have just changed mobile phone provider and now unable to swipe up to unlock iPhone X. I have to enter my personal passcode.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

Unable to unlock iPhone 16 Pro Max post iOS update I got my new iPhone 16 pro max today. Trying to set it up, it did the IOS update. my new iphone wont let me unlock it i have an iphone 16 pro max apter seting it up it wont allow me to unlock it i cant even get to the numbers i tryed rebooting it 3-4 times still dont work

Your device will require your passcode when you do the following:

Turn on or restart your device
Press the Home button or swipe up to unlock your device (you can change this)
Update your software
Erase your device
View or change passcode settings
Install iOS or iPadOS Configuration profiles
Called Emergency.
