I already downloaded it from the App Store but in the second picture the accu-chek instant choice doesn’t appear to check and connect.

This is very interesting. I have an Accu-Chk Instant, Model 958, which I'm able to connect to MySugr using my Iphone 14 Max Pro without any problem. I accidentally damaged it (dropped it in water) and bought another one, model 972 and am unable to connect the 972 to my iPhone using MySugr. I wonder if the problem is model-specific. Does anyone have experience with other models?
Please use the mySugr App from the App Store.
Attempted this process over the past 2 days no success connecting to iPad -where it had previously been connected or my ph
using accu check guide, iPad Pro 12 3rd gen, iPhone X Pro
deleted previously installed mySugr app on both devices, shut down, restart
choose to connect to iPhone, download & installed mySugr again, signed in ect…
then in connections connect to only mySugr, follow prompt, pair devices enter code
all good.
transfer all data - all good
then connected to my health
all working fine..
attempting to pair via Bluetooth button doesn’t work, you need to connect with the software/app first
ps. I did contact support at Roche- no response
