Я случайно купил подписку , на карте не было денег подписка оформилась и каждый раз теперь с карты списываются деньги и пишет недостаточно средств а подписка активна хотя деньги не оплачены как решить эту проблему ?

If there was no money on the card, then add funds.

If you accidentally bought a subscription, and if you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
