Hi, my MacBook Air iCloud folder and my iMac iCloud folder don't sync. within 20 minutes. I cannot see a pdf file on my MacBook Air iCloud folder after 20 mins. I actually can use the Internet without problems on both devices. My MacBook Air has macOS Ventura version 13.5.1 and my iMac has macOS Ventura version 13.5.1. What might be the problems and how could I resolve this iCloud sync. problem? Thanks a lot!

to resolve sync issue sign out of iCloud and back in again
