iPhone unlock
Recently found iPhone in river, trying to factory reset it but don’t have passcode or the Apple ID information since I found it in the river.
Is there a way to factory reset it to be mine?

Troubleshooting Found Device:
Be honest about this, and hand it in to local authorities. The owner like locked it with Find My, incase it got found again.
