How can I go back and re-watch the videos I screen from my airplay from my cell phone to my TV
I would like to go back and watch the movies that was viewed on my iPhone and I had a transfer to my 65 inch TV

TVs in general do not store any videos.
If you want to watch any videos you streamed from the iPhone, you need to do so again.
