there's been many cases about iPhone getting lock on Iran's IP! is there any particular reason for it?
some says it's because of using VPN and some says It's because changing passwords and security questions frequently.
does anyone knows the exact reason?

- You can view a list of regions where the Apple App and Media Stores are available by clicking the following link: Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support
I belive Iran is not in the list of countries where Apple provides service. In that case you must have your account set to a different country, in which case trying to use a service from Iran may fall under this restriction: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple
- "Our Services are available for your use in your country of residence (“Home Country”).
And: "Certain Services and Content available to you in your Home Country may not be available to you when traveling outside of your Home Country."
