When will WhatsApp for the iPad be available ?
it’s a business tool and important for my business, the web version is very not good, not backing up all the old massages and not user friendly.

The WhatApp developers have not released an App compatible with iPad - the App being currently limited to iPhone.
Whilst the App is not available for iPad - you should be able to access the service using a web browser:
As for when (or indeed if) a WhatsApp App will ever be released for iPad is question that should be directed to the WhatsApp Developers...
