iPhone pauses Spotify music/podcasts randomly

I am using an iPhone 13, iOS 16.6 paired with an AirPod Pro headset. A weird problem has started occurring when I play podcasts in Spotify, where the phone will decide to pause at random. Sometimes it is when I lock the screen, sometimes when switching apps (as in the example video) and sometimes it just happens.

It is always accompanied by some feedback sound telling me that is has been paused. I don't recognize it as a sound from either Spotify or the AirPods. I don't know why this is happening, does anyone recognize the sound? Short example. Podcast pauses when I open the calculator.
