You can have Afib history, or you can have irregular heartbeat notifications You can't have an Afib alarm

To turn off Afib history

Health, Browse, Heart, Afib history

at the bottom turn it off

Then iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Heart, turn on Irregular rhythm

Actually it does sound an alarm when the watch detects AFib. I went into AFib last March and I was alerted by my watch sounding an alarm and telling me it had detected an AFib condition. The alarm sounds just like the high heart rate alarm.

The AFib history track people as under 21 on health app.
