Blood pressure - health extract I understand how to extract the health information from the Apple Health app but I don't understand what to do with it. I end up with 90+ megabytes of XML. I only want my blood pressure readings and I doubt there are more than 100 or so in that data mountain. It seems like this could have been done better. Choose which data to export, give an option for CSV output or at least provide direction on how to utilize the data extracted. I imagine this data is all but useless to the majority of your users.

View your File Options...

Open: Health app
Tap: the top-right user icon
Select: Export Health Data
See if you have the option.
