I've been paying for icloud and sharing it with my family, but the others don't know how to access it. I have 2T and 1.71T available. How can my family access it? It does list my family members and gives the option of "Stop Sharing with Family." So I suppose I am sharing it already with them. Surely I didn't do something obvious, like inviting them. But I don't see where or how to do that now.

Seems like one member is not using it at all.
Since he is already part of your family group, you should be able to activate the iCloud features from his iPhone.

After you’ve correctly created a Family group, you should be able to share your iCloud with your relatives.
Thank you, but no one knows how they can access it. From my daughter's end it looks fine, too, and is definitely being shared. I think we just don't know how to use it properly.
