I can not upgrade to the icloud.

I am trying to upgrade my iCloud account to the iCloud+ and it is telling me my account is disabled in the app store and itunes How do I get it undisabled so I can add more storage?

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
