My Apple Acct has been disabled

When I try to download a new app I get the following message

”Your Account has been disabled in the App Store and ITunes.

I do I get it enabled?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
