I bought an app on my Mac thinking when I got my iPad it would just automatically sync but when I try to sync by files only Apple programs, Spotify, and Chrome are available to sync. I also toggled on "Automatically sync when devices are connected," but it didn't sync that app I need. Is there a way to sync every app?

What app? Some apps are device specific and you have to install the appropriate app for the device's OS.
