my apple account has been disabled

I forgot to update my credit card which was linked to app subscriptions after I replaced my credit card.

I think that was the reason my account has been disabled

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

You will still need to follow the link to contact Apple from the page viewed at the top of the screen. There is no action you can do on your part to resolve the issue without contacting Apple using that link.
