Hi sir my iPhone erased but I open my I cloud but my esim not fixed

my phone I erased but I login same Apple ID but my esim not active

Apple id inactive I changed my phone. And realized my apple id is inactive(gray) the I erased the settings and it worked. Then I restarted the phone it is same again.
