I received a malicious email from a company purporting to be a streaming company that I am subscribed to, saying my account had expired and trying to fool me into giving them my credit card information.How can I report this? How can I block them from sending me any more emails?

Basically, you cannot; you can try to block the sender if your email provider has that feature. If it is the company you are using, I'd change companies. OR, more likely, it is a crook trying to make you believe it is a legit company - you can report that to the company.
All the emails end in @mktg.backblaze.com. Is there a way I can block all emails from that site?
You can try to block them, but the spoofed from addresses change daily. Likewise, it's pointless to try and report them because the from addresses constantly change.
And … don’t “reply” or click any “unsubscribe” link.
Doing so will only “feed” the scammers.
