How can I update to iOS 15?
Hello, my phone needs to be updated to iOS 15. Please help me update from iOS 13 to 15.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings. If you encounter a specific issue, describe it in this thread.
An unit on 13 can only be updated to 15.7.8 or 16.6 depending on the model, or 17 if you're enrolled in one of Apple's beta programs.
