I got a new device and it says i get 3 month trial, but when I tried to start it, it gave me only the 7 days trial. Still on my phone settings, it says that I can get a 3 monts trial

To redeem the offer from Apple, do so on your new eligible Apple device in the TV app, not on a different device.
The offer has be to redeemed within the first 90 days after device activation.
